Accepted photos are deleted immediately after validation. Abandoned uploads that were never attached to a trip expire within seven days. A photo attached to an unresolved review remains available until management records a decision; the confirmed mileage and audit history remain afterward.

Yes. In manager-managed mode, a manager or admin plans the trip and records actual times and odometer readings from dispatch notes, paper tickets, messages, or observation. A driver can still be tagged in the history without receiving a Driver Workspace task.
